When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders usually ship within five business days, and shipping times depend on the shipping address. Our
retail partner will verify your age and shipping address and, if approved, will provide you with a
tracking number. You will be able to find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or on
the original confirmation page.
Is it necessary for someone over the age of 21 to be present to sign for the package upon delivery?
Yes. An adult 21 years or older will need to sign an age verification receipt upon delivery.

You or another adult 21 years or older will need to sign an age verification receipt upon delivery.
Also, shipping to local carrier locations or PO boxes is not possible, and orders addressed to these locations will be rejected/refunded. To track your shipment, please refer to the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or confirmation page and follow the carrier’s instructions.
I didn’t get my package! What should I do?
If your package shows as delivered but is missing, first confirm that the shipping address is correct. If it is, file a claim with the carrier using your tracking link. Contact us to inform us of your issue so we can reach out to the retailer who shipped your order.
